The walk from Langdon Playing Fields, Dover, on Wednesday 10th June, was planned as a 10 mile walk, but due to a fallen tree and the need for a diversion, it finished up an 11 mile walk! Setting off after a sunny start to the morning, the dark clouds gathered bringing showers so lunch was eaten in the shelter of a church. The circuit, via Martin Mill and Sutton, was a mixture of terrains with encounters with very friendly dogs and cows and a shy, very bearded goat!
